Indonesia should Implement Stricter Cybersecurity Regulations to Prevent Personal Data Leaks In recent years, Indonesia has faced a growing problem of personal data leaks in its cyberspace. Many citizens’ private information, such as phone numbers, addresses, and ID data, has been exposed online. This issue affects not only individuals but also companies and government institutions. As digital services become more common, protecting people’s data has become a serious national concern. I strongly agree that Indonesia needs stricter cybersecurity regulations to prevent these data leaks. Current laws and protections are not strong enough to stop hackers or irresponsible organizations from mishandling citizens’ private data.
